The Five Ways to Well-being are a set of evidence-based actions which promote people’s Well being. They are:

These activities are simple things which individuals can do in their everyday lives. We like simple.
The Five Ways to Well-being were developed by New Economics Foundation, and are recognised by organisations such as mental health support charity Mind.
